Offered by a seasoned clinician with 25 years of experience in dynamic and relational psychotherapy, GUIDE is a brief yet profound therapeutic process aimed at fostering authenticity, values-based living, and greater self-understanding.
In one focused session, clients have the opportunity to explore key patterns, relational dynamics, and internal perspectives that shape their emotional world, creating space for new insights and meaningful change. Whether for personal growth, navigating life transitions, or clarifying values and choices, GUIDE provides a time-limited opportunity to reflect and reset with an experienced clinical psychologist.
As a clinical psychologist who has witnessed the deep and lasting benefits of longer-term psychotherapy, I believe that time can often lead to significant changes in individuals’ symptoms as well as in their understanding of themselves and their values. However, brief interactions such as a single session or just a few sessions with an experienced therapist can also have a substantial impact.

I offer what I call GUIDE sessions, where we will plan to meet for a single 1.5-hour session to engage in an extended conversation.
These sessions will offer a focused overview of your history, current symptoms or challenges, areas of resilience, and goals. The session is not rushed; instead, it is designed to maximize the value of an authentic, coaching-informed interaction with an experienced and compassionate clinical psychologist.
By actively bringing clarity to and reframing your situation, the GUIDE session can provide insight and relief, helping you find direction toward meaningful change. Although intentionally designed to be a single session, there is no rule against having more than one session. Depending on availability and appropriateness, we may decide together to continue with further sessions, or I can help with appropriate referrals.
A primary aim of GUIDE is to introduce you to what therapy can be like and to help you leave with several key points to consider about yourself, your life situation, and your potential future work.
